The knives are all constructed from 420J2 stainless steel, taper-ground to be razor sharp and with a hardness of 56 HRC, the same hardness as many professional chef’s and kitchen knives. They’re hard enough to remain razor-sharp for food prep and serving without worrying about being precious about them, as well as being easily re-sharpened when required.

All the knives feature injection-moulded handles and sheathes for safe storage, and to prevent damage to the knives in transit.

The large heavy-duty chopping board is hygienic and food-safe, easy to clean with a special textured finish to prevent food or knives from slipping when wet.
